1. Van must be washed before return. 2. Interior must be free from belongings and rubbish. 3. Petrol must be refilled at a designated petrol station. 4. Linen, towels, tea towels and sleeping essentials included. 5. No smoking allowed inside the van. 6. Return the van on the agreed-upon date and time. Any additional days will incur a charge at $100.00 per day. 7. Notify in advance for any potential delays or changes. 8. Respect local traffic and parking regulations. 9. Report any damages or issues promptly. 10. Use appliances and features of the van as instructed during the handover. 11. Return the van in the same condition it was received except for normal wear and tear. 12. Feel free to reach out for any additional assistance or questions during your trip. 13. Hiring rules
- No smoking allowed inside the vehicle, petrol must be refilled at specified service station.
- Van washed and interior tidied, all belongings and rubbish removed before returning
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
