WHAT'S INCLUDED: - Deluxe Queen Size Mattress. - 70L Fridge and Freezer. - Small Kitchenette with all the basic Utensils, Cookware & Serving ware. - Onboard Fresh Water Storage + Grey Water Solution. - Premium range of Herbal Teas are provided. As well as Salt, Pepper, Spices + Olive Oil. - Two Burner Cooker & Gas Bottle (please note that this must be used outside). - Outdoor Table & 2 x chairs. - Banjo is loaded with heaps of storage (+ has the capacity to store surfboards.) Hot tip - the long shelf alongside the bed is designed to safely store your valuables (and for a bonus, can rest a laptop on the surface to watch movies in bed.) - Hand-crafted Curtains that allow for a full blackout of any unwanted light/sunrises. - TRA Remote Control Bi-Directional Fan Hatch with Rain Sensor. - 250W Solar Panel with MPPT regulator - 4 x USB Outlets - 2 x 12V Outlets - 4 x LED Downlights - Fairy Lights (to soften the mood & bring the vibes in the evening) - Fly Screen and Mosquito Net so that unwanted visitors don't bug you (pun intended.) - Reversing Camera to help you with those tricky spots. - Selection of Card Games + Board Games. - And for the final cherry on top, we've installed an indoor diesel HEATER to take the chill off. Hiring rules

• When you book Banjo, you are entering into an agreement of mutual respect, consideration, and understanding. Banjo is part of our family. We want you to have the best experience, but please respect and abide by the following rules so that he is well looked after.
• No smoking inside.
• No pets, unless discussed beforehand.
• Banjo receives a deep clean and disinfection between hire's to maintain a high safety standard.
• Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.
• WHEN DRIVING, TAKE NOTE OF FOLLOWING:
• Drive on sealed roads only. Banjo is GPS tracked and we will be notified with any offroad activity. If this occurs, it will result in a void of your insurance.
• Banjo is not to attend any festivals, unless agreed upon before hiring if taken to a festival, it will result in a void of your insurance + a $250.00 festival cleaning fee.
• You are welcome to drive Banjo up to 200 KM's per day. Any overage will be charged at AU 80 cents per kilometer at the completion of the trip from your bond. (KM's can be averaged out over your entire trip)
• If you incur any damage, please contact us immediately on our mobile.
• Lost drivers key $400.00 replacement fee
• Any tolls taken on your trip will be charged to you
• All damages, repairs, and missing items will need to be paid for by the hirer.
• BEFORE RETURNING BANJO, PLEASE ENSURE:
• The van and equipment must be clean and tidy, the way it was handed to you. If it is returned not in the state it was handed to you, you will incur an additional cleaning fee of $100.00.
• Return vehicle with a full tank of PREMIUM DIESEL ONLY. All hires include a full tank upon pick up. Petrol will be charged at $3.00 a litre, plus a $30.00 inconvenience fee if it is not full upon return.
• Ensure that the grey water tank is empty, under the sink.
• Make sure all items are accounted for: any damages and missing items will be charged their replacement fee (cost of item) and an owners discretion service/inconvenience fee of $100.00
• BANJO PICKUP/HANDOVER & DROPOFF:
• Please allow for a 30 minute hand over either side of your hire (pickup and dropoff.) Banjo will be returned to our address at the specified time we agreed. Delays in the return (without prior consent) will result in a penalty of another day rate.
• Our designated times to pickup and dropoff Banjo are between 10am 4pm. Once you book, exact times can be arranged. If for whatever reason you require outside of these times, an extra $50.00 will be charged to your booking (per pickup and dropoff.)
• COMMON QUESTIONS:
• Can I park at your house? Yes, you're welcome to park your vehicle on our street. We live in a quiet sidestreet with no time regulations or fees for parking. We've never had a problem with safety.
• Can I travel further that your 250k limit per day? Yes, this can certainly be an option however, it must be discussed with us prior to you finalising the booking as to avoid a penalty.
• Can I please bring my pet? Yes, this is also an option again it must be discussed with us prior to the booking confirmation.
• LOCATION Pick up Banjo in Ashburton, VIC (south eastern suburbs). Exact address will be shared when your booking is confirmed.

  We had a good time with Banjo. Claire and Kamahl were friendly and open. The bed is as comfortable as everybody says. The wood panelling with fairy lights is a nice vibe, and the magnetic fly screen is very satisfying. There is heaps of room to store everything. On handover, we were told we shouldn't use the provided cooker and gas bottle on the drawer at the back of the van as pictured. Nor could it be stood on the provided table. So for us, that made the cooker effectively unusable at the locations we were stayed. Luckily, we were staying at holiday parks with camp kitchens, so in the end it wasn't an issue for us.

  Banjo is the perfect size to travel with, everything is organised and compact. Comfortable driving for long distances and the mattress is good quality for sleeping multiple nights. Looking forward to travelling with Banjo again next time!

  From start to finish, our experience with Claire and Kamahl (and Banjo!) was outstanding. From an easy handover and meetup, to good handling and great gas mileage, to an incredible bed (very comfy), our long weekend in Banjo was all-time. Definitely will be booking again.

  Great van, bed super comfy! Really friendly couple, good communication, on the other side of the phone if we needed anything! Would definitely use again! We had such a wonderful trip!
