Additional information
Linen including a fitted sheet, sheet, and duvet will be provided with the booking. I recommend bringing your own pillows and towels. However, these can be provided for a fee. Additionally, I can offer a Portaloo, chemical toilet for hire. Ask about this for pricing. I'm happy to help with whatever you may need for your trip, from extra food in the pantry to suggestions on where to visit. Just let me know!
Hiring rules
- Please read the info booklet carefully. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in additional fees.
- No offroad driving. No extended gravel roads, rough dirt roads, or beach driving.
- No Smoking including vapes
- No Pets (Let's keep Sunny allergy friendly)
- It is essential the exhaust fan is kept closed when driving, and during wet weather (even when stationary)
- Be aware of the 2.4m exterior height. Please don't drive in undercover parks or under lowhanging branches
- Excessive cleaning will incur a minimum charge of $50.00
- Do not use the stove inside the van
- Tolls are not included with the booking. Please either bring your own Tag or use the Tag installed in the van and Pay on dropoff. (Any toll invoices received during your hire period will be invoiced back to you as a hirer with a 10% admin fee)
- Please return the van clean, damagefree and with a full fuel tank (Petrol Unleaded 91)
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
