We are currently not taking bookings until the caravan is repaired. Due to the current pandemic and border closures, I will require a few days in-between bookings for, airing, cleaning, steam cleaning mattresses, and disinfecting surfaces, and will limit travel within Victoria. Travel in luxury in our electric roof lift, 5 berths customised expander, with so many options, that we cannot list them all. We prefer to use a power hook-up on a secure pitch, on a family orientated site, but the caravan is kitted-out to operate off-grid, for long periods, in comfort, as a back-up. And if you find yourself off-grid, there are two water tanks, 110-Litres at the front and 120-Litres at the rear, and all the appliances can run off the three 100AH batteries, that are charged by 3 solar panels, 450W. Some appliances run directly from the batteries at 12V, and others 240V through the 3000W inverter. And if you chose the generator option, a 2500W quiet Pure Sine Wave 58dB Generator, with 5.7-litre tank capacity that gives you a running time of up to 8 hours, and with 20 litres of U91 included in the hire, a total running time of up to 28 hours. To cater to your inner Chef, there is a 12V 45-litre Fridge/Freezer, a Full external kitchen, with a sink. And for cooking, a 9 kg gas canisters, pre-filled, that supplies a 4 burner stove, and if you cook using electric, there is a microwave, a large grill pan, and a toaster. You can also rent a gas BBQ, that comes with an extra 9 kg gas canister, for $10 per day. For hot drinks, there is a 240V Kettle, a 12V Kettle, there is a stove kettle and a coffee pot, and for something a little different, a 240V Blender. As for the bathroom amenities, they are located inside, with running hot water to the sink and shower, supplied by a 1000W, 10-litre water heater. And when nature calls, a flushing toilet, that we use for number one's whenever possible. As for power access, it is excessive for a caravan, with one 15 Amp Site Input Outside, five 10 Amp 240V Inside, three 10 Amp 240V Outside, two 12V Inside, two 12V Outside, one USB Inside, two USB's on the Solar controller, three USB's on the Freeview Box, and one USB on the DVD Player. And if you need to power sensitive equipment, two 10 Amp Trip Switch and one Surge Protection plug. And if you need to power or charge the caravan from a 10A residential supply, a 10A to 15A adaptor is available, upon request. As for entertainment, that can save your sanity if it rains, there is a 12V 19" Television, a 240V Freeview Box, and a 12V Radio DVD Player, that is compatible with DVD, VCD, CD, CD-R, CD-RW, MP3, MP4, AVI, DAT, DIVX, with 4 Speakers, that gives you access to movies from a CD/DVD, USB or SD card. As for lighting, there are six internal 12V lights, one outside 12V light, one 12V light on a cable, one Lantern and two Torches. For Heating and Cooling, there is a 1000W Air Conditioner, a low draw 130W Heated Towel Rail for continuous heat, and a 1600W Ceramic Fan Heater for instant heat. For the pantry, we will supply Green Tea and Breakfast Tea, Freeze Dried Coffee, Fresh Ground Coffee, Sugar, and Milk powder. As for Cookware, Dinnerware, Tableware, Utensils, and Microwave Containers, you should not want.
