Hiring rules

• ℹ️ GENERAL: ℹ️
• No Smoking in or near the Caravans or Campers
• No Loose items to be placed on the floor of the caravan, everything must be in a cupboard.
• Ensure the the extra items loaded in the caravan are distributed evenly.(if you are not sure where to pack things asks us)
• Sheets must be used on the beds even when using a sleeping bag (this is to keep the mattress & mattress protector free of dirt Thank you
• Report any damage to us, even if minor so we can make sure it is replaced/fixed for the next hire (accidents happen so if its something minor like a broken glass etc, we won't charge you for that)
• Toilet must be emptied before it is returned to us unless you have paid the extra $150.00 for us to do it for you.
• Caravan must be free of any mud, sand, salt & dust unless you have paid the extra $250.00 for us to do it for you.
• ** Toilet Dump Points can be found in all towns, ask us if you are not sure where to do this **
• ** Caravan wash facilities can be found in most towns, ask us if you are not sure where to do this**
• Caravan Size: This Van has a total length of 8.3m (27.5ft) (from lowball to rear bumper). Please quote this size when checking with the caravan park that the Caravan will fit on the site.
• 🧹 CLEANING: 🧹
• We ask is that you leave the van tidy with all dishes washed & rubbish thrown away.
• If it is heavily soiled there will be extra cleaning fees taken out of your camplify fees
• We have included cleaning items for your convenience if needed these include:
• *Dishwashing liquid *Multipurpose surface spray *Broom
• *Clothes & Dish sponge *Tea Towels
• 🆘 EMERGENCY / BREAKDOWNS 🆘
• STOP & assess the situation & call us when it is safe to do so. We will assist you with what to do next. If we are unavailable call Camplify on 02 4075 2000 to connect you through to NRMA roadside assist.
• 💰 PRICING & PAYMENTS: 💰
• Standard Rate $100.00/day (All other times)
• Peak Rate $120.00/day (School Holidays)
• 7 day minimum for school holidays
• Deposits to be paid within 24 hrs of Booking being Approved to secure required dates – if you need more time or have any problems please contact us
• Final Payment 30 days before hire

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.
