The Crow has a battery setup with solar panels on the roof. The Crow comes with linen, cooking, crockery and cleaning equipment. The Crow is well maintained and has equipment tested between each booking. Hiring rules

* The responsible Hirer must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
* The Hirer must return the van in the condition of No Less than it was received (i.e. 'Clean' inside & out).
* Failure to return the van, in 'Pre Hire Condition' will incur a minimum cleaning fee of $300.00.
* All items and utensils etc. included in this van must be washed and put back into place.
* N.B. The toilet cassette must be Empty and Clean, upon return to the owner.
* Failure to empty and clean the toilet cassette will incur a cleaning fee of $200.00
* No Smoking i.e. Smoking inside this van is totally Prohibited
* No Candles of any description are to be lit or used within this van
* Beyond fair wear and tear, we have a 'You break it you pay for it' policy.
* The Awning MUST NOT be extended, remain out / extended or unattended in windy gusty conditions.
* A minimum of Two adults are required to extend, secure and retract this awning.
* To Minimise issues of Theft... All Items including Exterior Storage compartments, Gas Bottles, Exterior Shower, Exterior TV set & the Tow Ball hitch etc. etc. must be Locked at All times when the van is unattended.

Hire Fee: From $125.00 per day
Service fee: $100.00
Delivery fee: $2.00 per km

Cancellations

Strict

Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
