Additional information
Your vehicle must have a minimum towing capacity of 3200kg. Towball to rear of caravan is 10m (30ft) PICK-UP AND DROP-OFF TIMES: PICK-UP: Please allow an hour for the initial handover at pick-up. Pick up is by appointment only between 8am and 4pm DROP-OFF: Latest drop off time is 4:30pm **We do recommend you arrive at your destination BEFORE it gets dark to setup your campsite. It's no fun having to set up something new in the dark.
Hiring rules
- No off road or beach sand driving.
- No smoking allowed inside the caravan
- No hard objects i.e. skateboards, scooters, etc…allowed on the floor of the caravan
- No adults on the top bunk
- Please retract awning in windy conditions or if van is left unattended
- Hirer must be 30 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
