Our van includes: - Reverse cycle air conditioning (cooling and heating) - Automatic electric awning - at a push of a button it extends or retracts - ITS. THAT. EASY! - Ensuite with separate shower and toilet - Washing machine - Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, gas oven and cook top - Instant hot water (gas) - Large 171L fridge with separate freezer compartment - TV with built in DVD player - Bluetooth CD/Radio with Internal/external Speakers - WiFi (optional extra) with GPS tracking We supply: - Cutlery, utensils and BBQ tools - Bowls and plates - Pots and pans (Weber BBQ safe) - Cups, mugs and coldie holders - Kettle and toaster - Tea towels and paper towels - Foil and cling wrap - Dish and hand soap - Cooking oil and salt and pepper - 2 outdoor tables and 4 chairs - A beach umbrella - Clothesline - Ball games (cricket set, soccer, footy) Optional extras supplied free of charge (only supplied upon request): - Weber BBQ - Bathing towels - Pillows and linen - Converter cushion for "table to 5th bed" conversion Coffee or tea in the morning? No worries, I'll cover that too. Just don't forget to bring your own milk! Each bed is supplied with a mattress protector and fitted sheet. If required, you must request linen, pillows and towels for each occupant (supplied free of charge) Please, BYO toiletries. Free/off grid camping is an option with our van - please advise if you are planning to do so and we'll fill the tanks with water. For towing, if you're vehicle is not equipped with electric brakes, I will supply a portable hire unit at an additional rate of $99.00 per hire. You'll find pretty much everything you could need in our van for a relaxing holiday in style!!

Hiring rules

• As with all hire equipment/vehicles a pre and post hire report will be issued upon commencement and completion of hire. Minor wear and tear is acceptable in any case but the following rules below will apply:
• STRICTLY NO SMOKING INSIDE THE VAN A cleaning fee of $499.00 which covers the cost of a full commercial vehicle detail will be charged on return if cigarette smoking is evident.
• STRICTLY NO COOKING OF MEATS / OILS / FATS INSIDE THE VAN A cleaning fee of $499.00 which covers the cost of a full commercial vehicle detail will be charged on return if greasy residue/odor is evident. A BBQ with BBQ safe pots and pans is provided for use and is easily hooked up to the gas outlet on the outside of the van.
• NO ANIMALS/PETS ON THE LOUNGE/BEDDING AREAS A cleaning fee of $499.00 which covers the cost of a full commercial vehicle detail will be charged on return if evidence of pet hair/stains/odors is evident.
• NO OFF ROAD TRAVEL UNLESS AGREED TO PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT OF HIRE A cleaning fee of $499.00 which covers the cost of a full commercial vehicle detail will be charged for overly soiled exterior upon return.
• 1000km is inclusive with the hire for the self tow option with any additional km's charged at $0.99 per km. If you plan on travelling vast distances, price and availability is by negotiation only.
• Please treat the van as if it was your own. IT MUST BE RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION IT WAS HIRED OUT IN, with the exception of general minor wear and tear or a cleaning fee of $99.00 ($199.00 if toilet is not emptied and cleaned) will be charged on return.

• Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.
