Hiring rules

- An undercarrage inspection ($200.00) might happen for the following reasons::
- #Offroad driving
- #Driving on unsealed gravel roads. We allow around 7km (in good condition) to an overnight campsite, for longer roads please ask approval prior booking.
- #Driving on corrugated unsealed gravel roads. (theses road conditions can cause major damage to campervans)
- #maximum speed of 60kmh on gravel roads
- Any fines due to illegal camping or traffic fines will be the HIRER's responsibility
- Any red dust roads $150.00 cleaning fee.
- Preapproval needs to be obtained on Camplify Messages for UNSEALED roads prior to the trips.
- The Hirer is to familiarise themselves and comply with the terms and conditions or any exclusion of insurance coverage.
- LONG TRIPS A range of 200 km's per day is included in the booking price, while a 80c charge per kilometre will be incurred for additional km travelled over the daily allowance, which will be calculated with Camplify's pre, and post hire checklist.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Emile was an exceptional host - super responsive, easy to deal with, and gave us tons of great advice for camping in Western Australia, including off-grid spots we wouldnt have found on our own. The van itself is fully equipped for exactly the kind of camping you want. Everything was provided and in great condition, so we could just hit the road without worrying about a thing. It made our road trip through WA smooth, comfortable, and genuinely off-grid. Wed highly recommend Emile and his Off-Grid Camping KEA to anyone planning a road trip in Western Australia. Couldnt ask for a better setup or host.
Daisy 5.0This van is great! Honestly couldnt recommend it enough. Emile was great, he was so helpful and really accommodated our needs. The van was spotless and surprisingly really comfortable. It drove great too. We had no issues. We loved how it was solar powered so we could stay off grid. We will definitely be rebooking for our next trip.

Loved the homely touches - the collapsible kettle and the magnetics inside the blinds to name a few! We found the bed v comfy also. Emile was super friendly and helpful throughout the whole process!
