Hiring rules
- AGE RESTRICTIONS: Driver / Hirer must be 21 years of age or older and hold a valid driver's licence
- FUEL: return VANessa with a full tank of Unleaded 91 petrol
- MILEAGE: 200km per day is included in your booking. Additional kilometres will be charged at 45 cents per km.
- NO OffRoad or Unsealed Roads / NO Karijini trips / NO Beach Driving
- If there is any evidence of unapproved off road travel, an additional cleaning fee of $500.00 will be applied for undercarriage deep cleaning
- CLEANING: please return VANessa in the same condition as you collected her (inside and outside) or an excess cleaning fee will apply.
- If you are not intending to clean the van inside out, please select " clean the van for me"
- Strictly no smoking
- LATE DROP OFF: penalties from $50.00
- EMERGENCY: In the event of an accident or if any warning lights appear on the dashboard, pull over immediately and call Camplify 1300 416 133. Then please call me
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Javier was so lovely and so helpful he gave us a full run down on the van when we arrived and covered every basis. Would highly recommend to anyone traveling on a budget or even just wanting to escape. Thank you so much Javier couldnt have asked for a better way to end our trip! :)
Sophie 5.0VANessa was a great van to drive up the west coast. As someone who has never driven a van before, I found it easy to drive and manoeuvre, it was reliable and we had no issues at all. Javier was really helpful, gave us a thorough handover and was really easy to get in touch with throughout the trip. We wish we could have stayed for longer! Definitely recommend
