Hiring rules

• 🆘 EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they call the NRMA. Then call me!
• 🚫 NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads / UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.
• 🚬 No smoking inside the van
• 🧹CLEANING Please return the van in the same condition it was taken, this includes being as clean on the inside and outside as it was on pickup, with all equipment used cleaned and stored away properly, fridge cleaned and all rubbish removed. A cleaning fee of $100.00 minimum will be charged if the van is not brought back clean.
• 🦍 DAMAGE Please be gentle with the fitout and any delicates such as curtains. Please report any and all damage and we can work together to get to a fair outcome. I take pride in my vans and expect them to be treated well on hire :)
• 🛣️ DISTANCE Please adhere to kilometre allowance 180KM per day averaged over the trip. $0.25c per KM will be charged for excess K's
• ⛽ FUEL Tank will be filled with Premium Fuel when you collect the vehicle. Please return the van with a full tank of Fuel. Always double check if the van is Petrol or Diesel before visiting service station.

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

  We had the best holiday in this Van, thank you to Sharon for making the van absolutely spotless for us and taking the time to talk through all the information relating to the van. Sharon provided everything we needed for the van and this was a massive help along the way. The amenities in the van are very convenient and easy to use. The van also drives very well and we could tell it had been looked after mechanically. Sharon is very good with communication and both handover and collection went smoothly. Thanks again for an amazing trip!

  Sharon was so helpful and prompt in returning any query. The van was superb and a dream to drive - really smooth and mechanically sound. The bed was super comfy and Sharon thought of everything we could possibly need in the kitchen. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend to others - we had a great trip of 14 days, including up to Shark Bay and Kalbarri. Saw heaps of pretty wildflowers and beautiful beaches. Very relaxing holiday. We will be back to explore the south hopefully with Sharons van!

  I hired the van for 17 days & in that time I found the van ideal for travelling, ran perfectly, the owner generously supplied everything except groceries, Sharon (the owner) was contactable if any problems occurred & nothing was too much trouble for her.   VAN-tastic is perfectly equipped for an epic holiday in WA. We spent 12 days exploring and everything worked great and the van drives very smoothly with an amazing turning radius! The sunsets in the back of van-tastic were incredible!! We couldnt have picked a better van for our trip. You can trust that the van has been very well looked after as the owners are mechanics. It was fully loaded with everything we needed and more. Sharon has thought of every detail and we couldnt have been happier!! We opted to have linens included and the bed was super comfy and set up ready to go for us upon pick up. Communication and pick up/drop off with Sharon was so easy, she is very kind, attentive, and funny! We highly recommend hiring this van, everything runs so smooth, tons of storage and its just so cozy!! Van def has the best vibes. We will be hiring again when we return to WA! Thank you Sharon xx
