Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    The van was perfect for our road trip, we actually hired 4 vans for our group, we all loved and would use again! The bed was also super comfy

    Overall we had a great experience in Chardonnay and with the OnlyVans team. The van had everything we needed for our week-long roadtrip. The fridge was spacious and kept our food cold the whole week. The storage was sufficient for our luggage. The bed was cozy but a comfortable size for two women, however, I could see how it would be tight for anyone taller or bigger. OnlyVans answered our messages promptly and was helpful upon pick-up. The awning was helpful on hot days but definitely requires two people to set up. The cutlery and dinnerware was sufficient and the collapsible sink and hose was super helpful for doing dishes on the go. Only concern with the van was that it could not be parked on any sort of incline, regardless of how small, or it would roll. Even with the emergency brake on, the van would roll when parked on any ground the was not fully flat. This led to some issues when trying to park at different sights in parks or even at one of the campgrounds which had an uneven surface. Just something to keep in mind as it startled us the first time it happened. Other than that, we had the best week exploring WA in this van and highly recommend for others!
