Hiring rules

  • If you plan to travel within 50kms of Wollongong (2500) please contact me for pricing. I can offer a much cheaper . E.g if it will be mainly used for sleeping at a local camping site (within 50kms of Wollongong ) .
  • No smoking
  • No pets
  • Fridge & camping stove & cutlery costs an extra $10.00 per day .
  • Surfboards available for $20.00 for maximum of five days.
  • Inflatable stand up paddle aboard available for $20.00 for maximum of 5 days .
  • No off road /non sealed roads
  • Return with full tank of diesel
  • Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    The Van was perfect for our New Year getaway - Matthew was great to deal with ie pleasant, timely responses and also provided flexibility. We were very happy with our experience via Camplify and would definitely go through Matthew again.
