We are quite flexible, so if you think your hire is a bit different to the conditions on the listing don't hesitate to get in touch with us and I'm sure we'll be able to work something out! :) Remember we also offer these paid add-ons which you can select under the Optional Extras section in your booking: 🚙 Towing to site - if you can't tow the van to and from the site yourself, we can probably do it for you! 🛑 Electric brake controller - if you plan to tow it yourself but your vehicle doesn't already have a brake controller, you'll need to add this in 🛏️ Sheets, towels and bedding 🪑 Camping chairs and table 🔋🔋 - Huge 320Ah lithium battery for maximum off-grid power! Contact us if you want this upgrade 😎 Sand bags - to weight the awning down if you're going to be camped on concrete or bitumen and won't be able to peg the awning down into grass or sand (Camplify doesn't list this option but we can work that out with you if you need them) When you place your booking, please tell us a bit about yourselves and where you're planning on taking the van as this will help Payment: To be fair to all potential hirers, payment is required within 48 hours of us accepting your booking unless we've already agreed to a different arrangement. We may cancel the booking after 48 hours if payment hasn't been submitted. If you've got any concerns around this please get in touch with us.

Hiring rules

• 1) PETS: Pets are OK provided they don't shed hair. If they shed, please make sure the seats and floor are vacuumed before returning the van.
• 2) NO SMOKING OR DRUG USE INSIDE: this is our private family van, please look after it :) a $500.00 professional cleaning fee will be charged if tobacco or other drug smoke / smells are detected when the van is returned.
• 3) OFFROAD USE: This is a semi offroad van so we may allow offroad use if we both agree to it in advance, however conditions apply. Please see the Special Towing Information section of this page.
• 4) EXCESS KILOMETRES: Your hire fee includes 150km of travel per day of hire, as tracked by the onboard GPS tracker, and excess kilometres are charged at 20c/km. This helps keep the hire fee reasonable for everyone. You may travel more than 150km in a single day so long as the total distance across your whole trip is less than 150km x the number of days of your hire (e.g. a 5 day booking would give you 750km included to use however you want throughout your trip).
• 5) CLEANING: Unless you've asked us to do the cleaning under the Optional Extras section, please return the van in the state you received it in. This includes floors and benchtops clean, bins emptied, ensuite area clean and toilet cassette empty; exterior should be presentable and cleanable with a quick wipe over (i.e. general road dust is fine, but it shouldn't be muddy or filthy).

  From start to end Greg, Mim and their Van were superb. After an unfortunate start to our family trip meant we needed to make new plans quickly, Greg & Mim had has sorted within a couple of hours. Nothing was too much trouble, they had their van and extras ready, offered delivery and provided a 90 minute in person training session on all the things us amateurs needed to know to have a successful trip. Greg & Mim are the loveliest people, we felt supported and encouraged the whole time we had their van, and they were available if/when we needed guidance. The van itself was fantastic for a family of 2 adults and 2 young children. With the fridge/freezer, microwave and cook top we were able to enjoy a fantastic holiday without having to blow out the budget on takeaway and meals out. We had intended to do free camping which the van is fully equipped for, but due to sickness decided to stay at powered sites in parks. We didnt end up using the ensuite as we had no need, but again with the training we were provided this would have been an easy option had we needed/wanted to. When we returned the van, there was a concern with the awning function that we hadnt noticed and at all times Greg and Min have been approachable, clear communication, and very lovely to deal with. Its a huge thing to trust someone with their van, and were grateful to have been able to use this van and create some really precious memories with our kids. Highly recommend hiring this Van!

  We had a great time away in the van, was so much easier to set up that our camper trailer we used to own. It was easy to tow and the AC was fantastic when it was hot for a few days.

  We booked the van for a weekend off grid and were very happy with it. It is clean, well featured and tows nicely. The bed is very comfortable and having a hot shower and 240v power are luxuries we haven't previously experienced while camping! The van is fit out so that you essentially just pack clothes and food - everything you would need to operate off grid is provided. Greg and Mim were very thorough with the handover and great to deal with - we will certainly hire again should we have the need - thank you both for making the experience easy and enjoyable!
