Greg and Mim set the tone early by giving us real confidence and clear expectations. Their Camplify listing and photos were very accurate, and this was reinforced by excellent communication and customer service throughout the entire process. I was particularly impressed with the handover, easily the most thorough Ive experienced, not just for a caravan rental but in general. There are lots of small things to know with a van, and the better you understand them, the better your experience will be. Greg and Mim dont presume or judge your level of vanning experience they simply explain everything clearly and honestly. Some of the details might seem small or even overkill, but those quirks are what allowed us to really make the most of the van. We had the van for seven days and everything went exactly to plan. Greg and Mim were far more organised than I expected providing plenty of thoughtful extras : pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, sponge, tea towels, drip mats, bin bags, storage containers, and more which made the trip much easier. Communication before the trip was quick, clear, and to the point. The handover location in a shopping centre car park was also a smart touch, making it easy to check electric brakes and mirrors before departing, with a wide turning circle to get comfortable with the van straight away without the stress of tight corners. With a 2.5-tonne tow capacity vehicle, the van towed smoothly, without sway and without excessive effort. Fuel consumption averaged 14.5L/100km over the trip, which was lower than I anticipated. Overall, a very well run rental experience from start to finish. I will be hiring again this van again. I recommend Greg and Mim to anyone looking for a stress free and well supported caravan hire.

From start to end Greg, Mim and their Van were superb. After an unfortunate start to our family trip meant we needed to make new plans quickly, Greg & Mim had has sorted within a couple of hours. Nothing was too much trouble, they had their van and extras ready, offered delivery and provided a 90 minute in person training session on all the things us amateurs needed to know to have a successful trip. Greg & Mim are the loveliest people, we felt supported and encouraged the whole time we had their van, and they were available if/when we needed guidance. The van itself was fantastic for a family of 2 adults and 2 young children. With the fridge/freezer, microwave and cook top we were able to enjoy a fantastic holiday without having to blow out the budget on takeaway and meals out. We had intended to do free camping which the van is fully equipped for, but due to sickness decided to stay at powered sites in parks. We didnt end up using the ensuite as we had no need, but again with the training we were provided this would have been an easy option had we needed/wanted to. When we returned the van, there was a concern with the awning function that we hadnt noticed and at all times Greg and Min have been approachable, clear communication, and very lovely to deal with. Its a huge thing to trust someone with their van, and were grateful to have been able to use this van and create some really precious memories with our kids. Highly recommend hiring this Van!

So easy to communicate with Greg, and very receptive to a late change. Handover was very thorough and we felt confident setting up. Set up was great and that was in 45 C! Van had everything we needed, beds comfortable. Hubbie found it easy to tow. Greg very quickly responded to a question while on our trip. Van was perfect for our needs, so good to have a toilet! The outdoor shower was so useful for a beach park in heat and a labradoodle.

Greg went above and beyond to ensure our experience was stress free and enjoyable. The van was delivered for us to our campsite, and set up for our arrival. Greg then went through all the details we needed to ensure an easy holiday experience. The van is equipped with all the necessities for cooking and was beautifully presented. Thank you Greg for sharing your van with us. We will definitely look to book again.

We had a great time away in the van, was so much easier to set up that our camper trailer we used to own. It was easy to tow and the AC was fantastic when it was hot for a few days.

We booked the van for a weekend off grid and were very happy with it. It is clean, well featured and tows nicely. The bed is very comfortable and having a hot shower and 240v power are luxuries we haven't previously experienced while camping! The van is fit out so that you essentially just pack clothes and food - everything you would need to operate off grid is provided. Greg and Mim were very thorough with the handover and great to deal with - we will certainly hire again should we have the need - thank you both for making the experience easy and enjoyable!

We loved it! It was our first time hiring a caravan and Gregs was fantastic. Very easy to set up, well appointed and clean. Greg is prompt and friendly to deal with.

Greg and Mim did a great job of setting us up for our time away. The van was fully stocked and prepared with everything in good working order. The thorough orientation meant we could enjoy the van from the time we picked it up. Greg and Mim provided great flexibility with pick up and drop off times which really helped. Would recommend them to other hirers.
