Hiring rules

• No offroad, beach driving, or extended gravel roads;
• No smoking inside;
• Hirer must be 28 years of age or older;
• Driving or towing at night is prohibited.
• If you have a campfire outside the caravan, please ensure no smoke goes inside the caravan, an additional cleaning fee ($100.00) may apply;
• Pack away the awning before bad weather or high wind alerts; else, the actual cost of repair should be paid by HIRER
• Empty and clean the toilet before returning or a fee will apply ($50.00);
• Bring your linen; any damage/stain on the mattress will cost $100.00
• We kindly ask that you return the caravan in the clean condition it was provided or a fee will apply($125.00);
• No freecamping;
• No festivals;
• Kindly treat this as your home and return in the same condition.
• EMERGENCY If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they will advise the Hirer how to contact NRMA.
• DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where, and when will be required.
• UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.

• Hirer must be 27 years of age or older.

  Caravan was very well equipped and provided for a very comfortable holiday. Good size fridge which worked well on Gas & electricity. Caravan was easy to tow with our Mazda CX8 turbo diesel. We certainly recommend the use of this caravan to others.

  Prabhu was extremely flexible and accommodating for the pick up and drop off times of his van, which made our holiday so much more enjoyable. The van was exactly as described, plenty of room, easy to tow, clean and plenty of room. Would highly recommend hiring the Seven Hills Castle.
