This Van has a 12 PIN connection, we can supply 12 pin to 7 pin converter free of charge if your vehicle has 7 Pin connection so no stress. The vehicle needs to be able to have a 2500kg Towing capacity as a minimum. - DIESEL HEATER which runs on 12V. Perfect for those cold winter nights! Also great for a trip to the snows. RECOMMENDATIONS - All linen including towels, fitted sheets, blankets and pillows should be brought along. Mattresses come covered with mattress protectors. Another good option is to bring sleeping bags or a light quilt depending on the season. - Cooking oils, seasoning and spices. - Tea towels are handy to bring along also. Happy Camping

- Towing mirrors are available for hire if needed.
- Bed linen and pillows are not included, however all beds are fitted with mattress protectors
- Please let us know about any damage during your hire, no matter how small.
- This is a smoke free caravan. If smoking is detected, a $150.00 cleaning fee will apply.
- You’re welcome to clean the van yourself. If you prefer not to, simply select the cleaning option when booking. If the van is returned unclean, a cleaning fee will be charged.
- The caravan is not permitted on beaches, off road tracks or extended gravel roads. Any unsealed roads must be approved in writing prior to departure.
- A small service fee is charged at booking. This covers gas bottles, cleaning supplies, basic condiments and general wear and tear.
- For safety and to prevent damage, large hard items such as eskies or bikes are not to be transported inside the caravan.
- Minimum hirer age is 21 years.
- Change of mind policy is strict:
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Gae 4.5It was wonderful. The van truely was very comfortable and easy to use and Wen was excellent in both the hand over and returning the van. The only reason I gave a 3 was that the interior photos is not the van we were given as the fridge/freezer in photos was a lot bigger than the one we got. The breaking system controller for the van was not a good fit for our vechicle.
