Hiring rules

  • There will be additional fees incurred should you not follow the below requirements
  • 1. The toilet must be emptied and clean upon return (chemicals will be provided for this)
  • 2. Smoking is not permitted inside the van
  • 3. Caravan must be returned clean and tidy (if you have not opted for the additional cleaning fee)
  • 4. The awning must be stored away in high winds and storms to prevent any damages
  • EMERGENCY If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they call the NRMA.
  • DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Fantastic van for our families first camping trip with our 6 month old , Daniel was thorough with his communication and checked in during our stay, would definitely hire again from Daniel

    The van fulfilled all of our requirements. The beds were comfy and there all the things one would need in the kitchen. Dan was a good communicator and the van presented well.
