Special towing information
The Aggregate Trailer Mass (ATM) of the caravan (total weight including everything in it) is 3302kg (often with the all the gear of five of us in it it weighs in at 3200kg). This means that the weight of the caravan will be between 2.7 tons and 3.3 tons depending on how much you have loaded in it so you need a substantial vehicle to tow this with (most utes or large 4WDs have 3.5 ton tow capacity). You also need to make sure you stay under the Gross Combination Mass (GCM = mass of vehicle and caravan combined) and Gross Vehicle Mass (the maximum weight the vehicle + load including the towball download weight). Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

The two participants who used the van on our four night equine-assisted wellbeing program for veterans and first responders with service-related trauma were very comfortable. Anna 5.0We used the van for a not-for-profit program for veterans and first responders with service trauma learning horsemanship skills to help with their healing journey. The two participants who stayed in the van commented it was very comfortable and well appointed and contributed to a great week for them. Thanks Adrian it went really well.
