Hiring rules
- 1. No Smoking inside the van, under awning.
- 2. No pets on beds or left inside van unattended.
- 3. No offroad driving / beach driving / extended driving on gravel roads
- 4. Driving on unsealed roads must be preapproved in writing (in Camplify Messages) before the trip begins
- 5. No festivals.
- 6. Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises.
- 7. Any damage must be reported immediately – who, what, where and when will be required.
- 8. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe and call Camplify on 02 4075 2000. They will advise on how to contact roadside assistance. Then call me!
- 9. Payment of a deposit is required within 48hrs of your booking being approved, otherwise I may cancel it.
- 10. BBQ will be charged at a fee if cleaning is required. if you opt to clean it yourself then it will be supplied at no charge.
- 11. Caravan must be returned reasonably tidy or you’ll risk a further cleaning fee.
- 12. No shoes to be worn inside the van
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
