Tims service and communication was brilliant. The van is great, we have a family of two adults and three young kids and there was heaps of room and had everything we need. We are going to book it again for the same trip next year. Tim is friendly, proactive and super knowledgeable on the van and made handover smooth and easy to understand.

This caravan provided a fantastic holiday experience. It was equipped with everything imaginable, from games for the kids and fans to torches, first aid kits, and even bug zappers. Everything was beautifully clean and organised. We were given a run through of the caravan upon pick up then also provided a handbook for all aspects of the caravan, which came in handy. We will definitely hire this caravan again for our next trip.

We had such a comfortable stay with Tim and Bri! We cant thank you both enough. Their hospitality, communication and easy going natures made the whole process seamless. If we ever return to the Hunter Valley - they will be our first call :)

We had such a comfortable and relaxing stay in the caravan! Everything was clean, cosy, and well set up, making it easy to settle in straight away. The highlight was the thoughtful surprise of a wine and cheese platter waiting for us on arrival - such a lovely touch that made us feel extra welcome. We really enjoyed our time and would definitely recommend this stay to others!

5 stars is insufficient to adequately describe the van and it's owners!. Pleasant people who obviously use the van themselves, hence it is decked out accordingly. Highly recommend the van and the owners......

The van was perfect for our week away. There were only 3 of us but you could comfortably sleep 4 adults across the 2 double beds and an additional 2 kids in the bunks. The set up is a lot quicker and easier than expected and Tim runs you through this, giving you confidence you'll be set up and enjoying your holiday in no time. It came fully stocked with everything we needed for our trip, and was clean and in great condition - everything worked first time, every time. The Weber BBQ is a great addition, making the experience even greater with outdoor cooking. Tim was a great communicator via the app with quick responses and proactive prompts and made sure our experience was meeting expectations along the way. He supplied a detailed manual for the van with easy to understand instructions, which is great when learning to use a new van. Extremely happy with the van and Tim's support. It was our first time using Camplify and I would highly recommend this van and will be hiring again if it's available!

Van was great very family friendly with board games and kids DVDs and cheese and snack plate in the fridge ready to go with was a lovely touch! Will be using you guys again

This was an awesome family van, best one we've rented so far, the 2 double beds and single bunk really suited our family better than the triple bunk styles we'd had before. Easy to tow, spacious, super clean, equipped with everything you need, plenty of information/ manuals to refer to if needed, and lovely personal touch to include a platter and drinks ready to have on arrival. Excellent communication. Already requesting a re-book for the same trip next year! Thank you Tim and Brie.
