We love our van and ask that you look after it as if it was your own. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do. Hiring rules
- We love our van and ask that you treat it and care for it as if it was your own. Any damage needs to be reported immediately.
- NO Smoking in the van or under the awning / NO Pets / NO Festivals / NO OffRoad / NO Dirt Tracks / NO Corrugated Roads / NO Beach Roads without prior written approval via the Camplify message platform.
- Hirers must be 25 and over.
- Please note for delivery we charge $1.00.5 per km with a minimum of $100.00 for delivery & set up and pack down & collection.
- The awning must be packed away before bad weather arises.
- Cleaning the caravan must be returned cleaned and free of dirt/sand on the inside and outside. It needs to be returned in the same condition as at the beginning of your hire. If not, this will incur an extra cleaning fee of $100.00.
- Report ALL damage or breakages to us no matter how minor. If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
