SLEEPING - It will comfortably sleep 4 with a comfortable double mattress & 2 single kid bunks. - Flyscreens, block out blinds and curtains make for a great night sleep. - Turn on the air conditioning for your own comfort (heating and cooling - when hooked up to power). - All beds are fitted with waterproof mattress protectors (beds need to be covered with a sheet for sleeping) KITCHEN AND DINING - You can cook inside or outside! It has a cooktop with 3 gas burners and full oven plus grill. - Kitchen has a bench inside. - Table and bench chairs will be provided to use under the outside awning. - Inside 3 way Fridge + Freezer inside. - Sink with a powered tap and full amenities for washing up. - Cookware - wine glasses, plates/ bowls/ mugs, cutlery, utensils, pots, grater, chopping boards etc - Toaster & Kettle 240V - Cleaning – spray n wipe, dishwashing supplies, dust pan/brush & broom ENSUITE – The full toilet and shower combo with basin. Toilet must be cleaned (inside and out) and emptied before it is returned, or you can select the extra to have the van and/or toilet cleaned for you. GAMES - Cards & Uno - Stereo with internal & external speaker STORAGE - Pantry, drawers, storage under the beds and loads more storage. OUTDOOR - Outdoor dining table with bench seats - Full length Roll out Awning - Annex mat & pegs - Washing Line & pegs - Privacy screen - screen annex. OFF-GRID SET UP – Solar panel & battery makes it easy to go off grid and free camp. - 1 X 110L Fresh Water tanks - Cigarette and USB sockets for charging mobile devices. - 2 gas bottles (gas included) TRAVELLING LONG DISTANCE - We recommend an Anderson plug on your vehicle to run the fridge in 12v while traveling. Short distances is fine. VAN SET UP EQUIPMENT - Levelling ramp & wheel chock - 15M freshwater hose & fittings - 10M wastewater hose - 15M 15amp extension lead SERVICE FEE - Cleaning is INCLUDED in the service fee. All we ask is that you leave the van tidy with all dishes washed & rubbish thrown away. - Cleaning products, gas bottles and wear & tear. CLEANING - Cleaning IS INCLUDED in the service fee. All we ask is that you leave the van tidy with all dishes washed & rubbish thrown away. - If it is heavily soiled there will be extra cleaning fees taken out of your bond - We have included cleaning items for your convenience if needed - these include: *Dishwashing liquid *Multipurpose surface spray *Disinfectant wipes *Dust pan *Cloths & Dish sponge *Tea Towels *Chemical Toilet sachets EMERGENCY / BREAKDOWNS - STOP & assess the situation & call us when it is safe to do so. We will assist you with what to do next. If we are unavailable call Camplify on 1300 416 133 to connect you through to NRMA roadside assist. PRICING & PAYMENTS - Standard Rate $95.00/day (All other times) - 7 day minimum for school holidays - Deposits to be paid within 24 hrs of Booking being approved to secure required dates. - Final Payment 30 days before hire PICK UP & DROP OFF TIMES - Can be negotiated upon booking confirmation. We both work full time but will co-ordinate with each booking to arrange a suitable time for both parties. - Morning pick up, mid week needs to be early (before work) - Afternoons suit better. WHAT DOES THE SERVICE FEE COVER? - Gas - Cleaning & Amenities for the caravan - Pre hire & Post hire clean - Thorough hand-over ** The service fee DOES NOT cover things like emptying of the chemical toilet or a muddy / heavily soiled van. If you do not wish to do these tasks, please select the correct option in the extras section - failure to do this will result in a cost to you ** ** The service fee is not negotiable ** 3. WHAT DOES THE CAMPLIFY BOOKING FEE COVER? - Comprehensive Insurance - Nationwide roadside assistance - 24 hour customer helpline 4. Hiring rules

• No Smoking in or near the Caravan
• Pets on application, please let us know age & breed of your fur baby.
• No Loose items to be placed on the floor of the caravan, everything must be in a cupboard.
• Ensure the extra items loaded in the caravan are distributed evenly. (if you are not sure where to pack things asks us)
• No Off road or beach driving in this van. Short gravel road is OK to access your campsite/destination with approval.
• Sheets must be used on the beds even when using a sleeping bag (this is to keep the mattress & mattress protector free of dirt Thank you
• Report any damage to us, even if minor so we can make sure it is replaced/fixed for the next hire (accidents happen so if it’s something minor like a broken glass etc, we won't charge you for that)
• Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises.
• Toilet must be emptied before it is returned to us unless you have paid the extra $130.00 for us to do it for you.
• ** Toilet Dump Points can be found in all towns, ask us if you are not sure where to do this **
• Caravan Size: This Van has a total length of approximately 5.8m. Please quote this size when checking with the caravan park that the Caravan will fit on the site.

  The van was very clean and in good condition, the family enjoyed the stay very much. It was the right size for a young family of 4, equipped with all the amenities it was a great turnkey caravan holiday. Natalie was a great host.

  Fantastic Family Getaway Stress-Free and So Much Fun! We recently hired a caravan through Camplify for our family holiday, and it was an absolute dream from start to finish.
