To tow our van, a DO35 hitch is required. We have one that you can use however your existing tow ball will need to be removed before arrival (as this can sometimes be a time consuming task).

Additional information
Please note, our van is 15ft when packed down and towing. When set up, our van is approximately 7.8m from the front of the drawbar to the back of the van.
Hiring rules
- No smoking allowed inside the caravan
- Must be left in the same condition it was received in
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
