• No Smoking inside
• Bookings on Powered sites with Water Only (ensuite powered sites too) (no free camping sites)
• Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises
• Van must be clean on key handover before departure time or fee may arise
• Standard check in time is: to be discussed based on campsite and our hour set up time
• Standard check out time is: to be discussed based on campsite and our hour pack up time
• DAMAGE if any damage occurs you must report details immediately

• Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.
