Hiring rules

> Please report any damage, minor or major.
> No smoking inside the van.
> The van must be returned in the same clean condition as it was picked up. If not a $100.00 cleaning fee will be charged.
> On return of the van, the toilet, if used, must be empty and rinsed with water. If not an additional $250.00 toilet empty fee will be charged.
> The van must not be taken off road.
> Awning must be retracted prior to bad weather occurring (including wind or heavy rain).
> No pets without prior approval.
> Hirer must hold a current Australian Drivers License.
> Hirer is responsible to ensure the towing vehicle has the towing capacity to tow this van (including loaded) within the legal limits.

Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Pricing

Hire Fee: From $150.00 per day
Service fee: $100.00
Delivery fee: Delivery fee set by the owner following confirmation of delivery address

Cancellations

Flexible

Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Excellent van for couples or family, towed like a dream (Ford Ranger) and Stef and Darryl and fantastic owners. The handover and communcations were very informative and helpful. We would hire this van again without any hesitation at all.

Our little family had a wonderfully comfortable weekend away in this van. Stef & Darryl were excellent to communicate with. The van itself was very tidy and had all the little things which I hadn't provisioned for (even bin bags). Thanks so much!

The van was perfect we enjoyed the use of it and we definitely would hire it again this was a check to see if we liked it for when we get our own but until we do we will definitely hire this van again
