Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Elizabeth 5.0When picking up the van, we were greeted by the friendly owner Ben, who took the time to give us a thorough orientation. Ben explained all the features of the caravan, from operating the kitchen appliances to setting up the outdoor awning. The caravan itself was spotless and well maintained, with all the necessary amenities included. The comfortable bedding, fully equipped kitchen and ample storage made our stay enjoyable. We found it spacious enough for our family of four, with plenty of room to move around.
