Special towing information

Will need a car with either GVM upgrade or can tow over 3.5T. It also has a DO45 hitch. $120 fee per booking if need to borrow our hitch. Van is also GVM upgraded to carry more weight if need be. Trips over 1500km will incur a fee of $150, trips over 3000km will incur a $300 fee. Trips over 5000km will incur a $500 fee. DT 12 pin connector.

Hiring rules

  • No smoking in the van.
  • Toilet cassette to be emptied before return.
  • $300.00 fee will be applied to any booking that the toilet cassette comes back full/unemptied.
  • Grey water tanks to be emptied before return.
  • Cleaning fee will be applied if van is returned unclean & clean for me option hasn’t been chosen.
  • Animals not to be on beds.
  • $300.00 fee will be applied if animals have urinated in the van.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    We have never stayed in a van before and really enjoyed the experience especially the vans features. The shower was just delightful. The owners were very cooperative and communicated great.
