Hiring rules
- PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING **
- No smoking allowed inside van or otherwise if evidence is seen a minimum $100.00 cleaning fee will be charged
- No offroad use (maintained dirt is ok)
- Unsealed roads to be notified prior to hire and agreed upon by the owners of the van
- Van must be returned clean and how the van was hired or otherwise an additional cleaning fee will be charged
- No large hard objects like Eskys or bikes to be transported inside the caravan as these damage walls
- Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises
- We ask that you report ALL damages no matter how small
- Pets upon negotiation with owner
- You must allocate time prior to hire for a full run down of setting up the van, if time allows this can be done prior to leaving or in the event time doesn’t permit we can organise this up to a week prior.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Scott 5.0The van was great, it had everything so all we needed to bring was our clothes and food. Kiya and Aaron were great as they set everything up for us, the aircon worked great and is very well insulated, couldnt hear much outside and slept in every day because of the blockout curtains. Good size fridge, shower and king bed. Highly recommend Kiya and Aarons Epic roamer.
