Thank you for hiring our luxury motorhome Please find attached some rules and operating advice. We require our customers to purchase the premium insurance. Before Departure - All internal doors are locked - All items are secured - Ariel is wound down - windows are closed - stairs are put away - Latches and draws are shut - Toilet and bathroom doors are locked to prevent swinging open in transit. There is a 200 km limit per day unless an arrangement is worked out prior. Please ensure all tolls are paid for prior to return. Do not drive the Motorhome on dirt roads. You are not covered for insurance if you drive on a dirt road and neither are we. Please keep the Motorhome clean and tidy to avoid extra cleaning fees. When cooking inside -use the exhaust fan over the stove and open a window or door for ventilation Fridge Please select the correct setting for the fridge -If vehicle is turned off and connected to external power, select electric mode. -If vehicle is turned off with no external power connected, select gas mode. -If vehicle is in motion, please select battery mode. Toilet Do not over fill the toilet. Please empty toilet every 2 days maximum, and must be emptied prior to returning the vehicle. Before turning off the ignition - please ensure the cabin aircon is turned off Hot water To use hot water, locate the hot water switch and also the water heater switch in the panel in the cupboard above the microwave and switch to the on position. - in the main bedroom there is a hot water panel near the Television. Press on. Hot water does not take long to heat up. Water -there is a test button on the power panel above the microwave which will show how full the tanks are, please keep an eye on water levels so the water pump does not burn out. If the water tank is empty and pump is running PLEASE just switch the water pump off in the panel above the microwave. - to fill the water tank, open the water cap on the passenger rear side and use the supplied hoses to refill. These can be located in the external storage unit at the back of the motorhome. - Please make sure after filling the tank that all fittings are returned to where you found them. Windows -please take care when opening and closing windows. Please be aware of the height of the vehicle when entering carparks or bridges ect. 3.3m clearance. TV REMOTE CURRENTLY NOT WORKING can be programmed manually Use the Tv the channels need to be reprogrammed at every new location. You will find a collection of dvds available to watch in the bedroom cupboard. Care and Maintenance - have someone to spot you while reversing as it is such a long vehicle. Please take care of our motorhome as if it is your own. Prolonged idle time of over 5 minutes is not good for the engine. Please avoid idling wherever possible. Please return tidy to avoid cleaning fees Have a great trip and safe travels!

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Diarmuid 4.5We had a lovely time in the van at Woodford folk festival which was perfectly suited for this setting. It was comfortable spacious and well equipped. Felicia and hubby were very kind and pleasant to deal with. We had no major issues and wed be happy to recommend hiring their van to others.
