This is a brand new 19 foot caravan, available for on-site hire at our property, ‘Hold It Flats’. The caravan comes completely fitted out and ready for you to relax. All linen is included in the hire (sheets, blanket, pillow, towels). We provide all of the plates, cutlery, utensils and cooking equipment. We also have basic condiments included such as salt, pepper, oil, herbs and spices, tea and coffee. All you need to bring is the food! Upon arrival, we will have the van set up and ready for you to relax. There are multiple different areas in our camp grounds that our van can be set up. We also have a few toilet and showers blocks placed around our camp grounds. The caravan only sleeps 2 but you can bring a swag or tent for the kids to sleep in during your stay. We also have a big double swag or a 4 person tent as an extra you can hire with the van for the kids to sleep in. Additional information

The caravan is not hooked up to power but is an off grid van so has plenty of battery power. The only item that wont be available for use is the air conditioning unit. If you would like to use this you can add generator hire when you make your booking. Generators can only be run from 8am to 5pm.

Hiring rules

  • No smoking in or around the van.
  • Van must be left clean and tidy with all cooking utensils clean.
  • The toilet is only to be used for number 1's (there are other toilets and showers on site not far from the van)
  • Please cook outside at all times when possible
  • If having a fire please make sure it is away from the van and not under the awning
  • Pets are not allowed inside the van
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    The van was great. It was a real treat getting such a wonderful campsite and having the van already set up for us. Katie made sure we had everything we needed. Very relaxing way to camp!

    We had a wonderful weekend stay in this well-appointed caravan. It had everything we needed clean, tidy, and thoughtfully set up. The bed was incredibly comfortable, which made for a great nights sleep. Highly recommend for a cosy and hassle-free getaway!
