Your towing vehicle must be fit with an electronic braking system such as Redarc and must be able to legally tow the weight listed above. You will also need a flat pin plug and a DO-35 tow hitch. Tow hitch can be hired at a cost of $70.

Hiring rules
- No smoking allowed inside
- Bins to be emptied and rubbish removed
- Please report any damage or broken items.
- All cleaning equipment (broom, surface sprays, cleaning clothes etc) required to clean the interior of the van before returning are included. Alternatively you can select the "Clean the van for me" option on checkout
- Chemicals for the toilet are included in the hire costs, and the toilet MUST be emptied at the end of your stay.
- ***If the toilet has been overfilled during the hire, and toilet waste has overflowed into the cassette chamber, a cleaning fee of $150.00 will be charged.
- If used, the BBQ needs to be cleaned prior to vacating. Oven cleaning solution is supplied. A $50.00 fee will be incurred if not done.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

It was very comfortable and we would definitely consider this option again over getting a unit/apartment. the kids loved it! Heather's communication was great and she gave us all the info and clear instructions.
