The van was good and tows well. The fridge gave an error on 12v so keeping things cold while towing was tricky. A door handle apparently didn't sit as flush as it was previously and they charged $106 in labour to replace it plus the handle.

Heather is jus awesome , friendly, communicated well , will definately choose her again . The van was clean jus as expected

fantastic! the Van was very modern and well equipped. The only thing we needed to ring was linen and towels. It was very comfortable and we would definitely consider this option again over getting a unit/apartment. the kids loved it! Heather's communication was great and she gave us all the info and clear instructions.

We loved our holiday in Heathers van. It was parked and set up when we arrived, and the kids lived the bunk beds. It had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday!

It was exactly what we needed for our holiday and our granddaughter loved it. It was our first real experience with a full van and everything worked well, towed beautifully. Highly recommend heather.
