Hi there — we’re Todd & Kate, and we’re excited to share Crusader Explore in the Whitsundays, our much-loved Crusader Excalibur caravan, with families looking for comfort, space, and unforgettable tropical adventures. This van has been our home-away-from-home, and now we’d love other families to enjoy the same easy, relaxed holidays we’ve created in it. You may spot a couple of tiny character marks inside our van — little reminders of great trips — but rest assured, the van is spotlessly clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you need for the perfect escape. 🛏️ Comfortably Sleeps 5 Queen bed + triple bunks – perfect for families, couples, or smaller groups. All beds include mattress protectors, pillows, and fitted sheets. Optional linen package available for $100, including quilts, bedding sheets, shower towels, beach towels, and tea towels. Sirocco fans, reading/night lights. 🔍 Fully Equipped Kitchen • Gas stove, grill & full-size fridge/freezer • Dinnerware, cutlery & cooking essentials • Pantry stocked with handy basics: foil, baking paper, ziplock bags, tea & coffee 🧼 Bathroom & Laundry • Ensuite with separate shower and toilet • Washing machine available when connected to power & water 🌞 Outdoor Living • Awning & Webber Baby Q BBQ with gas supplied • Trestle table, camp chairs, extra outdoor table & seating • Outdoor shower – perfect after a beach day 🧸 Kid-Friendly Extras (Free Upon Request) • Beach toys • Board games • Other little extras to keep kids entertained 🧳 Storage & Extras Plenty of cupboard and drawer space for food, clothing, and gear. ⏰Check in & Check out info Check in - your caravan will be fully set up & delivered to you by 3pm (happy to negotiate time to suit you). Well meet you onsite to welcome you, walk you through the setup, and give you a quick tour of your new home on wheels - making sure you feel confident and ready to enjoy your stay. Check out: Handover is at 9.00am on your departure day, allowing us enough time to have the van packed down & offsite by 10.00am. We are happy to accomodate timing requests subject to availability - please reach out to us, we are happy to help. Set up Costs: • Caravan Delivery & Set up UNDER 40km/ $100.00 per booking. • Caravan Delivery & Set up 40-100km/$200.00 per booking. • Caravan Delivery & Set up 100km-200km/ $350.00 per booking. Caravan Delivery over 200km - by negotiation. ** We currently offer set up only, no self tow. *** If set up falls on a public holiday, public holiday rates may apply.

Hiring rules

  • • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older
  • • No smoking or vaping allowed inside the van
  • • Please leave the caravan in the same clean condition as upon arrival (a cleaning fee of $150.00 will apply if this is not adhered to)
  • • Cleaning products and toilet chemicals are supplied
  • • Toilet must be emptied at an approved dump point & cleaned (fees may apply if not adhered to)
  • • All bins must be emptied and rubbish removed before departure
  • • No selftow – setup and packdown provided (additional fees may apply on public holidays)
  • • Pets may be considered, but must remain outside the van
  • • Any damage or issues must be reported to the owner immediately
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Todd and Kate delivered the caravan to the van park for us and set it up. It had everything we needed for a terrific weekend and then they come and collected on day of departure. We just had to have our possessions removed and left the van in a respectful clean state and they sorted the remainder of the deeper clean up. Thanks very much for a wonderful experience

    We had an amazing week stay at BIG4 Airlie Beach in Kate and Todds van, and we honestly couldnt have asked for a better experience. Kate and Todd were absolutely wonderful hosts from start to finish, always quick to reply, very clear with every detail, and genuinely helpful with anything we needed. Their communication made everything so easy and stress-free. What really made the trip extra special was how much they genuinely cared about our family having the best possible holiday, not just about renting out the van. Todd took the time to help us work out the best days to visit the Whitsundays, and thanks to his local advice we ended up having one of the best days of our whole trip. The van itself was excellent; super comfortable, spotless, and equipped with absolutely everything we needed. They had even included toys and thoughtful extras for the kids, which made a huge difference and kept them happy throughout the stay. It was very clear to us that Kate and Todd truly care about the people staying in their van and want them to have a great experience. That personal touch really stood out and made us feel looked after the entire time. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, family-friendly stay with genuinely caring hosts who make the whole experience feel easy and memorable.

    This was our first time using Camplify, and Kate and Todd were the perfect hosts. We arrived to our van completely set up, and stepped into pure luxury on wheels. The van has absolutely everything you could need, and is presented immaculately. The hosts are super responsive which is so helpful, and they even offered to drop off fresh towels as we had some wet weather. We would definitely book this van again without hesitation. Thank you so much for letting us use your van it was absolutely amazing
