Luxurious home away from home for 2 people with all the features to ensure a comfortable stay Spacious bedroom comprising Queen Size Bed with hanging cupboards, shelves, bedside tables and overhead storage as well as blackout curtains and electrically operated ceiling vents. Full ensuite in its own space with sliding door from bedroom, having separate toilet, vanity and shower, as well as an iron, washing machine and 2 external clothes lines. The air conditioner provides both cooling and heating, however, there is a separate very quiet and efficient diesel heater, as well as an oil/electric heater. The kitchen is well equipped with one electric and three gas hot plates, griller and oven, large 2 door fridge freezer, cutlery, crockery, pans, saucepans, glasses, mugs, electric kettle and toaster, and slide out pantry. Plenty of bench space for meals preparation. TV in both the lounge and bedroom, incorporating automatic satellite dish. The lounge comprises large round table surrounded by comfortable high backed lounge seating. All lights are LED Full length awning and privacy screens will be set up, as well as portable BBQ, chairs and tables. Flooring is available if required. The cost for fuel is based on the delivery distance only. (to cover the 4 trips)

Additional information

There will be an entry and exit check list to ensure the hirer has a clear and confident understanding of how everything works. A manual that endeavours to explain everything will be available to the hirer

Hiring rules

No Smoking inside
Hirer must empty and flush toilet before handing back to owner, and at least every 4 to 5 days depending on use number 1 only camp facilities only to be used for number 2
Toilet tablets to be added after emptying and prior to use. Toilet cassette must be emptied and washed out thoroughly or cleaning fee of $100.00 will apply.
Van must be cleaned or cleaning fee of $100.00 will apply.
Hirer must be at least 30 years of age
Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive full credit (less 10% admin fee).
Awning and privacy screens to be packed away before bad weather arises

Hirer must be 30 years of age or older.

Pricing

Hire Fee: From $99.00 per day
Service fee: $100.00
Delivery fee: $1.30 per km

Cancellations

Flexible

Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

We had a great experience with Harley and his caravan. It was just what we needed when family members came to visit from overseas. Great communication, great accomodation and a great guy!
