Fully set up Toyota Hiace for travelling! Van is perfect for traveling all over WA with plenty of space, fully insulated and sound proofed to keep it cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. Tinted windows also keep the heat down in the summer and give you privacy inside the van. Automatic diesel means it's easy to drive and economical on fuel, great for long trips. It is fully self powered with a lithium battery and DC/DC charger with solar panel, which means the van charges the battery when driving, and the solar panel charges the battery when you're not. Battery monitored so you can see how much power you are using / have left. Also included is a solar blanket and 6m extension you can plug in if parked under the shade etc. Lighting throughout and fan / exhaust to keep you cool / pull the hot air out of the van before you go to sleep. Ice cold A/C when you are driving the van through the hot summer days. Large 85L stand up fridge and freezer. This is great for multi day trips and can fit lots of food and drinks in. Multiple USB sockets and cigarette chargers. Queen sized custom made mattress which also converts to 2 single beds ideal for two mates travelling not wanting to share a bed, these also convert into a lounge in the day time. Storage under bed and space to set up a camp kitchen at the back of the van. Linen and towels on request - fitted sheet, doona, mattress topper for extra comfort. All cutlery, utensils, plates, cups, mugs, pot, pan, salt & pepper, dish cloth, scrubby, dish wash liquid, stubby holders, cutting board, collapsible washing up bowl, gas cooker with gas, table & chairs, treats in the freezer :), all included to make your trip worry free. Bluetooth speaker, camping light, games. 2.5m x 2.5m awning gives great shade coverage / rain protection. Table and comfy chairs included. Outdoor Shower set up has now been added, so you can rinse off after the beach or a busy day.

Hiring rules

  • This is a non smoking van
  • No offroad allowed. (Penalties will apply)
  • No unsealed roads greater than 5km per trip.
  • No unsealed roads in Karrijine or Nyinggulu (Ningaloo) Coastal Reserve.
  • Van comes with a full tank of diesel, please return with a full tank.
  • Van mileage is limited to 250km free per day, 25c/km after that.
  • You will receive the van in perfect clean condition, please bring it back to us in the same condition.
  • If you don't intend to clean the van yourself (inside and out), please choose our cleaning fee.
  • Please inform us of any breakages!
  • Enjoy your trip :)

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Such a great van for our trip! Richard was great to communicate with and everything was as described! Super comfortable and lovely to drive! The Van has everything you could need and more! Would highly recommend to anyone!

    Excellent communication with Richard. Drove from Perth to Esperance, everything was perfect! The van is well equipped, cheap on gas, and well maintained! Ill rent it again if I come back to WA :)) I highly recommend!

    The van had everything we needed for our trip from Perth down to Albany and back. Richard's responsiveness was fantastic and he answered our questions and sorted any issues on the road immediately. He was even helpful after the hire when we left a few items behind and was very cooperative in getting them back to us.
