Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Mark was fantastic to rent from! Communication was excellent, and he provided thorough information during the handover. The van was spotless and well-maintained, exactly as described. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely rent from Mark again!
