Hiring rules

  • No Smoking: Strictly no smoking/vaping inside the campervan.
  • Offroad Use: Vehicles are not permitted on unsealed roads, beaches, or 4WD tracks.
  • Driving Restrictions: Not to be driven outside WA without written permission.
  • Minimum Hire Period: Minimum of 4 days
  • Pickup/Dropoff Times: Flexible
  • Clean Return: Vehicle must be returned in a clean state, both inside and out. Excess dirt, stains, or sand will incur a cleaning fee of $149.00.
  • Toilet: The Toilet must be emptied and cleaned before return, or a $120.00 fee applies.
  • Fuel & Gas: Must be returned with the same level of fuel/gas as on pickup. Refueling fee of $3.30 per litre applies if not returned full.
  • Damage Reporting: All damage must be reported immediately.
  • No Subletting: The vehicle must not be sublet or driven by anyone not listed in the booking.
  • Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    The van was perfect, it had loads of things needed for a great trip. There were no problems and the van never missed a beat. I highly recommend this van.
