We want everyone to enjoy their holiday and try to be as flexible as possible but for everyone's, comfort and safety the following applies: No smoking inside Not to be used on the beach on gravel or dirt roads. Short gravel entrances to parks or station stays will be considered. Please also be aware the cleaning of toilet includes emptying and rinsing the cassette and cleaning of cassette compartment. Unfortunately, if this isn't done then the toilet cleaning fee of $200.00 will be charged. We ensure our vans are impeccably clean on pick up as our reviews reflect and we request the van be returned clean and tidy. If you can't clean the van for any reason, please select the " clean the van for me" option. The majority of our hirers are really awesome and this is not generally an issue, however we have had a few bad experiences so please return the van in a clean and tidy condition otherwise we will have to charge an extra $299.00 cleaning fee. Diesel fuel tank to be full on return otherwise charge of $4.50 per litre will be incurred. As we run the vans from a small premises, there is no space for you to leave your car so please make other arrangements regarding travel to pick up and drop off of Kel Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

  Charmaine came to our rescue when we needed a replacement van. She was very responsive and helpful with information. Van was laid out very well and very comfortable. All the facilities were easy to use and accessible. Van drove well, good on the highway. Highly recommend.

  What a fantastic Klass C Kel experience highly recommend! Brad not only delivered an excellent, fully equipped van, but was also incredibly supportive, from picking us up at the train station to looking after every detail. The van itself was fantastic: spacious enough to stand up in, fully set up for off-grid travel, and everything we needed was supplied from start to finish. Thank you!

  There was everything and more that we needed in the campervan. It was lovely and clean and ran like a dream. Also economical on fuel which we didnt expect. Easy to drive and park. Overall a wonderful way to holiday.

  Our Holiday in Klass-C-Kass was absolutely fantastic. Charmaine & Brad were very helpful with questions and replies pre-trip, great instructions and handover on pickup and very smooth drivingop off. Everything was included, from beach towels, beach shelter, coffee pot, outdoor table chairs & bbq. My wife & I could not have been happier and we had a wonderful relaxing holiday. Kal drove very smoothly and we no issues whatsoever. This was our first time in a motorhome, and after this trip we will definitely do again. Best Wishes Robert & Gaye
