Optional extras are listed in the "Extra Products" section. ✔ We offer discounted rates for bookings over 10 days. A quick reminder: we kindly ask that you return the van clean and tidy. If you’re unable to clean it for any reason, you may select the “Clean the Van for Me” option (which includes a general post-hire clean inside and out). If the van requires more than a standard clean, an additional $180.00 cleaning fee may apply — or $350.00 if the “Clean the Van for Me” option has not been selected. Please be aware that drop-off and pick-up are available in Perth (Elizabeth Quay or Airport Central railway station), Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), between 10:30am and 1:30pm. A service fee of $125.00 applies each way ($250.00 for both drop-off and pick-up).

Hiring rules

• Drivers must be over 25 years old and have experience with large vehicles.
• No smoking inside or around the motorhome. Additional cleaning fees will apply.
• No going offroad (including unsealed roads) except for in campgrounds.
• No driving under carparks, drive through's or under structures of any kind.
• A maximum distance of 200km per day is allowed. Any additional travel will be an additional cost of 50c per kilometre.
• The service fee is to cover a quick wipe over of surfaces, a general outside cleaning, laundering and restocking of items prehire. The van should be returned in the same condition. The interior must be left tidy, no rubbish, dishes clean, all equipment cleaned etc.
• The “Clean the Van for me” option includes a general posthire clean inside and out. If the inside or outside require excessive cleaning, an extra $180.00 will be charged. If you do not purchase the “Clean the Van for me” option or the “Clean the Chem Toilet for me”, and excessive cleaning is required, a fee of $350.00 will be charged.
• All dishes must be cleaned and returned to where you found them.
• You will be provided a full tank of fuel, please return with a full tank of diesel. Fee of $2.99 per litre applies (Formula = Litres on receipt x 2.99).
• No highpressure cleaning on the area with the van’s logo.
• From the 1st November through to 28th February our Vans are not permitted north of Exmouth due to the summer heat and remoteness.
• Some hirers taking back roads on gravel guided by Google maps that are not the main route to where you are going. If you are travelling from Esperance to Perth etc you should not be taking gravel roads as a short cut. Turn around and follow the sealed roads.
• Pets: Must be approved in writing prior to hire.
• No Festivals.
• We understand accidents happen, please report any damage or mechanical issues to us as soon as possible.
• In an emergency call Camplify on 1300 416 133, Option 4.
• Unfortunately, we do not have the space to store vehicles. You will need to arrange your own dropoff for collection and pickup on return. Local drop off within 20KM of Secret Harbour can be arranged for fee of $50.00.
• An Open C class driver's licence needs to be provided at pickup for scanning.

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

  Danilo provided excellent service and made the whole process smooth and stress-free from start to finish. The motorhome was very well maintained, clean, and thoughtfully set up with all the essentials we needed to travel comfortably with a 4 and 6 year old. We even spent 5 days off-grid, and the van handled it beautifullyeverything worked perfectly and made the experience easy and enjoyable. It was the ideal setup for a family adventure. Highly recommend!
