Additional information
Hirer needs to return the Motorhome at an arranged time, washed externally, cleaned inside (floors, benches, toilet and shower cleaned and toilet emptied and rinsed out) and full of Diesel. There will be an additional charge of $300.00 for cleaning and fuel cost, if this is not completed before handover.
Hiring rules
- • Drivers over 25
- Strickly NO OFF ROAD OR GRAVEL ROAD TRAVELS ALLOWED
- • Pickup/drop off times are generally flexible on weekends however I prefer Pickup and Drop Off time is after 3:30pm week days, but will discuss other times. This allows for work commitments, to prepare the van for its next adventure and arrange with storage facility. Unreasonable delays in agreed DROP OFF times will incur an extra day's charge.
- • No Smoking in or around the Motorhome..
- • Strictly sealed roads only. No Dirt track, heavy corrugation, or red dust roads
- • Class C License car license OVER 25 YRS OF AGE
- • Return Motorhome in a clean and reasonable condition with items stored in same manner as found at departure or bond penalties may apply.
- • Toilet to be emptied and thoroughly cleaned before returning or bond penalties apply.
- • Report all damages no matter how minor you think it is.
- • Range Hood Must Be Used When Cooking Inside.
- • Do not exceed 100kms per hour
- • I include a generous 365 km per day and 40c per km thereafter.
- • Have fun and take extremely good care of Flossie the muchloved Motorhome.
- • Minimum 3 x Day Hire Outs non peak
- • Minimum 4 x Day Hire Outs during Easter/Xmas Holidays respectively.
- Linen: you will need double bed fitted sheet for beds, your own pillows, towels etc.
- Quilts and quilt covers provided on request.
- Please abide by all traffic rules and speed limits.
- Any speeding and all traffic infringements attracted during your hire will be solely your responsibility.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Shaun 5.0This van is ideal for a couple, it's spacious and has everything you need to travel the roads in WA. Glenys was extremely helpful prior and throughout the hire. The handover at beginning was just what you need to understand the workings of the van. The only criticism was the outside storage box locks were a bit of a struggle with the different keys. Flossie is an older van but was absolutely perfect to drive and use we loved our time travelling and living in her for 2 weeks. Definitely book again
