Included Extras. Fully equipped kitchen items. Outdoor BBQ + Gas Bottle. Outdoor table & chairs and ground sheet. Complementary tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, spray n wipe, dish soap, tea towels, sponges, paper towel, glad wrap, foil & rubbish bags. Board Games NOTE: Powered appliances such as the air conditioning and microwave only work on 240v, therefore they require a powered campsite or a generator ( 2 kva or bigger ) to operate. As per optional extras a generator is available for hire at an additional cost. Helpful tip: Opt for cans over glass jars to prevent leakages.

Hiring rules

  • EMERGENCY: If you have any concerns, an engine warning light appears or an accident occurs, please pull over and call the owner for assistance once all occupants are safe.
  • In the event of a breakdown requiring roadside assistance, please call (02) 4075 2000 Option 4 and notify the owner.
  • No smoking inside the RV.
  • No offroad or beach driving.
  • Awning must be packed away in windy weather.
  • RV must be returned clean & tidy, or an additional cleaning fee may be applied.
  • All supplied equipment must be returned in working order. Any misuse of equipment resulting in breakages or loss will incur additional costs.
  • Pickup/dropoff times must be confirmed. (remember, a full 24hour period is available for booking).
  • Unlimited kilometres.
  • Return the vehicle with a full tank of fuel.
  • Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
