Special towing information
The caravan fully loaded with water usually sits at around 2350kg including the ball weight. Please ensure your towing vehical is rated to tow at least this amount. We can also provide sway bars and a towball with the sway bars attachment at no cost. It'll just need to fit your hitch arrangement. Sway bars will help with towing performance although the caravan sits beautifully on the road regardless.

Hiring rules
- No smoking inside or near the caravan.
- Minimum hire 3 Nights.
- Minimum hire age 30 years.
- No off road travels. Short distance dirt roads are ok.
- Destination and itinerary agreed on prior to booking confirmation.
- Awning must be packed away prior to bad weather or high wind.
- Van is to be returned to the same clean standard it was received in. If the van is heavily soiled additional charges will apply.
- Small pets accepted on application and with pet fee.
- Hirer must be 30 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
