Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Sophie 5.0Our family of 5 had the best stay in Anna and Tims van! Clean, comfortable and will kitted out - all the mod cons you need (air con, fridge/freezer, sink, oven, cooktop and microwave to name a few) and heaps of storage space. We added a couple of extras (table and chairs and BBQ) to the booking which were the perfect addition and opted for delivery to our campsite. Communication with Anna was great, and a big thanks to Tim for delivery, set up and pack down.
Harley 5.0Handover was quick and simple, van is in very good condition, clean & spacious. Small things that were included in the van (electric frypan, bin liners, serving platters etc) which were convenient & made our trip easier. Vans weight is distributed which made towing a dream
