-OUR VAN IS A STRICTLY NON SMOKING INSIDE THE VAN a $250.00 fee will be charged on return if cigarette smell is evident upon return -STRICTLY NO MEATS or FATS or curries inside the van as BBQ will be provided and BBQ must be returned clean and free of cooking residue it is easy to hook up to external van outlet -NO ANIMALS are permitted in the van if evidence of pet staining or odor a cleaning fee of $250.00 will be charged -As an extra we can supply external privacy screening walls and floor for under the awning. A vacuum and broom and mop will also be on board. -Reverse Cycle Air-conditioned including heating -En-suite with separate shower and toilet -Washing Machine with soap powder -Fully equipped kitchen with microwave and gas/electric cooker and oven -Large 3 way fridge with separate freezer for convenience if power blackout Entertainment includes : -Tv with built-in DVD player and a selected variety of 10 DVD's -Built in and external CD and Radio We Supply: -Cutlery, Utensils and BBQ tools -Bowls and Plates Coffee cups and plastic glasses and if required wine glasses upon request and stubbie holders -Kettle and Toaster and Sandwich maker -Foil and Cling Wrap -Dish washing liquid and Dishcloth with 2 Tea Towels -Cooking Oil, Salt and Pepper -Outdoor Table and 4 Chairs -5 Internal use towel's -Even some board games yes you guessed it even Monopoly -5 Pillows and Linen for bunks and Queen bed ( Blankets if required at extra fee of $10.00 per blanket ) -Cushion and Linen for 5th bed conversion -Coffee Tea and sugar -Table cloth and place mats for internal use Table - Citronella Candle -ANY SPECIAL REQUEST WILL BE CONSIDERED AT AN EXTRA COST NOTE Please treat Our van as if it was your own as it MUST be returned in the SAME condition it was hired. AN EXTRA cleaning fee will be charged $150.00 to clean the van and if TOILET is not emptied and cleaned an extra fee of $250.00 will be charged on return.

• Toilet is to be Cleaned upon Hand back or $400.00 Fee will be charged
• Awning is to be rolled away at night or when not at Van or when windy.
• Van is to be clean upon handback or a $150.00 cleaning fee will apply
• All breakages will be paid for by hirer .
• BBQ must be left clean and free of grease.
• All utensils and crockery to be left clean.
• LOSS OF KEYS WILL INCUR REPLACEMENT FEE $100.00
• ONLY CONTRACTED CLIENTS TO BE STAYING IN VAN

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

  I booked the van for 3 people for 2 nights for an event in Gympie. It was a very hot weekend and the additional extra of the annex was great in providing a shady and cool area. The bbq was all set up for us outside and used for meals. It worked well. I really appreciated the clean bed linen with all the beds being all made up on arrival. Plenty of pillows, doonas and towels were provided also. The only disappointment was that the van was not cleaned properly by the previous booking and the air conditioner had quite a bit of build up of dust that triggered hay fever in my daughter. I communicated concerns to Debbie and her husband and herself came and cleaned the areas of concern which I appreciated. The owners said that the van was going to have a deep clean after us. They have had some health issues so I suspect that they are now in more of a position to direct more attention to this. Debbie communicated appropriately and in a timely fashion throughout the whole process. Her husband and herself are very nice people that will endeavour to have you happy with your experience.
