Additional information
Delivery: Delivery is available within the specified radius. The delivery fee is a once-off charge covering both drop-off, set up and collection. Example: 80km drop off × $3.00 × 2 trips = $480.00. Additional kilometres may incur extra charges. IMPORTANT – Van Size: This is a 23.3 ft caravan, however the total length from the towball to the spare wheel is 10 meters. Please check with the caravan park that the site can accommodate this size before booking. Off-grid use: Please advise if you plan on going off-grid so we can ensure one water tank is filled prior to departure.
Hiring rules
- No pets permitted inside the van.
- No smoking or vaping inside the van.
- No beach driving or offroad use.
- Personal belongings: The owner accepts no responsibility for items left in the van.
- Age requirement: The hirer must be 25 years of age or older.
- Awning use: The awning must be packed away in the event of bad weather.
- Pickup and dropoff times are to be confirmed at the time of booking.
- Late returns: May incur additional fees unless arranged in advance.
- Damage: Any damage must be reported immediately. Details of who, what, where, and when will be required. Possible charges may be applied
- Toilet: The toilet bowl/seat and cartridge must be emptied and cleaned prior to return. Failure to do so will incur a $200.00 toilet cleaning fee.
- Grey water: Must be emptied before returning the van. Failure to do so will incur a $100.00
- Cleaning: The van must be returned in a clean condition. Failure to do so may result in a cleaning fee of up to $300.00.
- Any damage or excess cost are the sole responsibility of the hirer.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
