Hiring rules

• Please return Willow in clean condition, the same as at handover. Interior cleaning products are supplied with the hire and if there is exterior dirt from driving on unsealed roads, there's a selfservice carwash 5 minutes drive away from the dropoff location. “Eco wash, Fletchers Rd Chirnside Park.”
• No Pets
• No Smoking
• Cooking to be done outdoors
• No off road 4 wheel driving
• EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they will advise the Hirer how to contact NRMA. Then call me!
• DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
• NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads/ NO Smoking inside
• UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.
• LONG TRIPS 200 km's a day is included in the booking price. You will be charged 30.c per kilometre for additional km travelled over the total allowance. This is calculated within camplifys pre/post hire checklist
• FUEL Return full of Unleaded Petrol All hires include a full tank upon departure.
• CLEANING Clean the equipment and Van. Excessive cleaning will incur a fee
• Return van with at least 1 new full butane gas can for stove

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

  Willow was perfect for our overnight stay at a country wedding. She was easy to drive and had all the amenities we needed. The bed was comfortable and it was a real pleasure to walk back after the celebration to a cosy bed, especially as it was raining quite heavily. Rebecca is a lovely person and provided us with all the information needed. This was our first experience with an RV and camplify and was very positive. We will be using this service again.
