Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Connor 5.0The Dragon is a fabulous little van! Very comfy bed, kitted out with every amenity you need and with beautiful aesthetics as a bonus. The aircon was wonderfully powerful (we took it out on a very hot day, and were totally fine in the van). Alia is lovely and very communicative - the booking and handover was a dream. She's thoughtful, generous and reliable. I would definitely take The Dragon out again (and plan to!)

Friso 5.0Alia's van is a traveller's dream: it's compact (so easy to handle and park) but has everything you need to travel comfortably, while also being reliable. In our two-week trip, we lived and slept comfortably and never once had an issue. Plus Alia was incredibly kind, clear and responsive. Would highly recommend!
