Hiring rules
- No smoking inside or near the camper trailer.
- The camper must be kept away from any fires and smoke sources. If returned with the canvas having a residual smoke aroma, we will have the van professionally detailed and pass the charges onto you..
- No off road or unsealed road use unless previously arranged.
- Soft luggage, clothes and bedding only to be stored inside the van no hard shell luggage, bikes, boards etc.
- Please return our trailer clean, undamaged in the same condition as you picked it up. Additional cleaning charges will apply <b> $99.00 per hour cleaning fee </b> for cleaning the interior or the exterior of the van
- <b>No parties of any kind.</b>
- <b>The minimum hiring period over Easter, Christmas and school holidays is 7 days.</b>
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Everything was in great working order, making the experience stress-free from start to finish. The beds were super comfortable, and the layout gave us plenty of space for the kids to move around. Zuzana was a breeze to deal withfriendly, helpful, and provided clear instructions for setup and pack-down. Wed definitely hire this van again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-equipped escape!
