Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Yes it is a good van and as per description. We did experience overnight rain and the van was leaking on the main bed. That was not a good experience with no warning of the issue. I explained this to the owner and he didn't appear to know about the issue. I was able to slow the leak down by placing a towel close to the leak source which is where the pop up roof connects to the main van chasis. I sent the owner a photo of the leak source which is not possible to see with the pop top down. Regarding the booking experience, I didn't like how Camplify forced me to pay for the full amount for the van without having a chance to communicate with the owner when seeking to book the van. Usually Camplify lets you book the van, communicate with the owner and then have about a week to pay a deposit to secure the booking. This booking just took the full amount straight away with little or no warning. Not a good booking experience Camplify. Beside the poor booking experience from Camplify, the van was generally good.

    Great family van, stephane was easy to communicate with and gave us plenty of information about the van. Clean and tidy inside. Plenty of extras inside the van to use. I highly recommend this van. But you need a large car.

    Great modern pop-top, was perfect for my family of 5. Very clean and came with everything that we needed in the kitchen. Easy to set up and the bunk arrangement was perfect for our 3 children. Stephane has great communication and ran me through everything very clearly to help ensure our trip went smoothly. Highly recommended. Thanks Stephane!
